Paris, FranceANDREA GIOVANNINI originally studied as an Actor, in Bologna, at Alessandra Galante Garrone’s Scuola di Teatro and he gradueted in 1990. The year after he made his debut as actor in a lot of performances like: ”I Giganti della Montagna”, “L’Avaro”, “Il Malato immaginario”, “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”. In 1996 he started to study the opera singing and, at the same time, he worked with Massimo Romeo Piparo’s Company and became very popular in some important Italian Musical performances, like “Evita”, “Tommy”, “Jesus Christ Superstar”, “My Fair Lady”. After a few years, marked by a very intensive lyrical study, he made his operatic debut as Conte Danilo in “The Merry Widow”, a Toscanini Foundation production, under the conduction of M° Massimo De Bernart.
