Andrew Schroeder

The American Baritone, Andrew Schroeder, was a winner of the 1991 Opera America William Mattheus Sullivan Grant and the 1994 George London Foundation's Bruce Yarnell Award and was a finalist in the 1998 Plácido Domingo Operalia. Andrew Schroeder's early operatic training included apprenticeships with the Lyric Opera of Chicago and the Metropolitan Opera in New York. Operatic engagements have included Gluck's Iphigenie en Tauride with the Spoleto Festival in Charleston, SC, Georges Bizet's Carmen in Hamburg, Amsterdam, and in the USA with the Berkshire Opera, the Kansas City Symphony and the Cleveland Symphony, Charles Gounod's Faust with Madison Opera, W.A. Mozart's Le Nozze di Figaro with Utah Opera, a co-production of Berlioz's Beatrice et Benedict with the Grand Theatre de Tours and th
