Biography
Cassandra Lemoine is a soprano from Edmonton, Canada who made her Canadian debut in 2013 as Cis in Britten’s Albert Herring with Pacific Opera Victoria. Cassandra moved to Denmark in 2013 to take her masters degree and in 2017 she made her debut at The Royal Danish Opera as Papagena in The Magic Flute. Recent performed roles including Lucia in Britten’s The Rape of Lucretia (Copenhagen Opera Festival), Dalinda in Handel’s Ariodante (Royal Danish Opera Academy), Pamina Die Zauberflöte, both the Princess and the Fire in Ravel’s L'enfant et les Sortilèges (The Royal Danish Academy of Music), The Vixen The Cunning Little Vixen (Janáček), Madame Herz Der Schauspieldirektor (Mozart), Widow The Merry Widow (Lehar), Hebe Les Indes Galantes (Rameau), Kuchtik Rusalka, and Belinda Dido and Aeneas (Pu
