The choreographic creations of Marko E. Weigert and Dan Pelleg have made guest appearances abroad in 14 countries (with the support of various Goethe Institutes and German consulates), in 26 German cities nationwide, and have been acclaimed by the press and audiences. After 12 years as directors of the independent Berlin-based wee dance company, they were appointed in 2011 to lead the dance division at the Gerhart-Hauptmann-Theater Görlitz-Zittau, where the company has since become a permanent fixture. Together, Weigert and Pelleg have brought 20 full-length dance premieres and 5 revivals to the stages of the GHT (2 of them with guests, 3 choreographed by guests) and are responsible for the choreography of 24 premieres of musical theater and drama at these theaters. In addition to the au
