Biography
THE EARLY DAYS Born on a sheep farm in Wadsworth, Ohio, Daniel learned that pitching manure was not for him. After a production of The Tale of Peter Rabbit at age 10, he immersed himself in every form of theatre, ballet, singing and visual arts he could find. As a 16-year-old exchange student in LaRochelle, France and London, Daniel saw the vast potential of life and art beyond Ohio. After a degree in Interdisciplinary Arts from Northwestern University, he studied under master theatre makers Richard Foreman and Trevor Nunn. LEADERSHIP Daniel Kramer is the former Artistic Director of English National Opera. He was previously a Creative Associate at the Royal Shakespeare Company, Associate at the Young Vic and Gate Theatre Notting Hill, and a NYC Drama League Fellow. His award-winning work
