Biography
The Turkish soprano Elif Aytekin was a permanent member of the ensemble at the Meiningen State Theater from 2012 to 2021. There she took on roles such as Lucia (LUCIA DI LAMMERMOOR), Gilda (RIGOLETTO), Elvira (I PURITANI), Fiordiligi (COSI FAN TUTTE), Magda (LA RONDINE), Micaela (CARMEN), Gretel (HANSEL UND GRETEL) and Violetta ( LA TRAVIATA). She also made guest appearances as Violetta at the Hessian State Theater in Wiesbaden. From 2008 to 2012 Elif Aytekin was a permanent member of the ensemble at the Theater Pforzheim, where she performed the roles of Adele (DIE FLEDERMAUS), Nannetta (FALSTAFF), Calisto (Cavallis LA CALISTO) and Aennchen (DER FRESCHÜTZ). In 2014 she made a guest appearance there as Konstanze (THE ENTFUTURE FROM THE SERAIL). She has also performed in concerts with
