Born in Treviso, Italy, Fabio Sartori completed Diploma in Voice under the guidance of Maestro Leone Magiera at the Conservatory of Music Benedetto Marcello in Venice, Italy. In 1996, he made his debut in La bohème at Teatro La Fenice in Venice. He made his debut at Teatro alla Scala in Giuseppe Verdi's Macbeth for the theatre’s 1997/98 season inauguration under the baton of Maestro Riccardo Muti, followed by Verdi's Messa da Requiem by the same conductor. In the same season, he also sang for the season inaugurations at Teatro La Fenice and Teatro Comunale di Bologna. In 1998, he made two important Verdi's role debuts; Gabriele Adorno in Simon Boccanegra in Teatro Comunale di Bologna, and the title role of Don Carlo in Bologna and Teatro Regio di Parma.
