The Australian-Irish tenor Garrie Davislim studied at the Victorian College of the Arts, Monash University, and The National Opera Studio in London. As winner of the Opera Foundation Australia’s „Italian Opera Award” he was able to study voice further in Rome and Florence. He studied voice with Franco Pagliazzi (Florence), Robert Dean (London), Kammersaengerin Hilde Rössl-Majdan (Wien) and currently with Franco Farina. Garrie Davislim has sung at many theatres in Europe including Teatro alla Scala, Volksoper Wien, Nationaltheater Weimar, Tiroler Landestheater Innsbruck, Staatstheater Kassel and the Staatsoperette Dresden.
