Biografia
The Dutch soprano Kelly God made her professional opera debut as Micaëla in Bizet’s Carmen at the Stadttheater Giessen (Germany) and as Agathe in Der Freischutz, at the Teatro in Salvador da Bahia (Brazil) . From 2002-2006 the soprano was a company member of the Theater Erfurt where she performed roles as Adriana Lecouvreur, Donna Anna in Don Giovanni, Hanna Glawari in The Merry Widow, Maria Stuarda, Nedda in I Pagliacci, Maria in Strauss’ Friedenstag and The Marschallin in Der Rosenkavalier. As “jugendlich dramatischer Sopran” Ms. God was engaged at the Staatsoper Hannover from 2006 until 2019 where she sang various roles such as, The Marschallin in Der Rosenkavalier, Elisabeth in Tannhäuser, Gutrune in Die Götterdämmerung, Contessa in Le Nozze di Figaro, Ellen Orford in Peter Grimes, Gio
