Biography
After Leo Siberski was able to look back on intensive collaborations with conductors such as Claudio Abbado, Bernhard Haitink, Fabio Luisi, Zubin Mehta, Gennadi Rozhdestvensky, James Levine, Giuseppe Sinopoli and Daniel Barenboim as an orchestral musician with the Staatskapelle Berlin, the Bayreuth Festival Orchestra and various international orchestras until 2003 he studied conducting with Prof. Rolf Reuter at the renowned Hanns-Eisler Academy of Music in Berlin. The first stations - while still studying and in addition to numerous projects at the Berlin State Opera - were the Berlin Sibelius Orchestra, the Berlin Chamber Philharmonic and the Young Philharmonic Brandenburg.
