Marie Karall

SHORT BIO : Trained at the Conservatory of her hometown Strasbourg, then at the Conservatory of the IXth in Paris, at the Ecole Normale de Musique, as well as at the Opera Studio of Rome, Marie Karall has won several distinctions and first prizes in singing competitions, notably at the XXth Clermont-Ferrand Competition (presided over by Teresa Berganza), at the CFPL Centre Français de Promotion Lyrique Competition, at the XVth Picardie Competition (presided over by Viorica Cortez) and at the New York International Opera Auditions. From 2012 to 2013, she was a member of the troupe l'EnVOL at the Opéra de Lausanne. She also holds degrees in literature and law.
