Biography
Known for her work with Valery Gergiev, Mlada Khudoley was born and raised in Moscow and now lives permanently in the US. Her roles include those of Berlioz (Cassandra Les Troyens), Bellini (title role Norma), Puccini (title role Turandot and Manon Lescaut), Strauss (title role Ariadne auf Naxos and Salome), Verdi (title role Aida, Leonora Il Trovatore, Lady Macbeth Macbeth, Abigaille Nabucco), as well as Wagner (Sieglinde Die Walküre, Gutrune Gotterdammerung, Senta Der Fliegende Hollander, Elisabeth Tannhäuser). Miss Khudoley has appeared with the Mariinsky Theatre at the Metropolitan Opera of New York, BBC Proms, Barbican Centre London, Carnegie Hall and at Edinburgh Festival, at Dutch National Opera and at Teatro Regio di Torino among others.
