Biography
Brazilian bass-baritone Pedro Ometto recently graduated from Opera School at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (RCS) under the tutelage of Julian Tovey. He has studied with Benito Maresca and Isabel Maresca in Brazil and with Roberto Servile in Italy. He has performed at most of the important Brazilian venues, including the Theatro Municipal in São Paulo, Teatro Castro Alves in Salvador, Palácio das Artes in Belo Horizonte and the Sala São Paulo. In the UK he has collaborated with RCS Opera, Scottish Opera, Clonter Opera, British Youth Opera and Royal Northern Sinfonia.
