Biography
The Mexican tenor Rafael Álvarez studied at the conservatories in Vienna and Mexico City before beginning his career as a soloist. Rafael Alvarez frequently appears in opera houses in his current country of residence The Czech Republic, including the National State Opera in Prague until 2016, at the opera houses in Plzeň until 2016, Ústí nad Labem, Liberec, Olomouc, Ostrava and Brno, where he is a permanent guest solosist dince 2006. The repertoire of the tenor includes 33 roles.
