SERGIO ESCOBAR (Tenor) Born in Toledo (Spain), Sergio Escobar started his musical training at the Conservatory "Arturo Soria" and at the “Escuela Superior de Canto“ in Madrid. He has done many Master Class with artists such as Jaime Aragall, Francisco Ortiz, Noelia Buñuel, Montserrat Caballé, Teresa Berganza , Viorica Cortez, and Raina Kabaivanska. In 2012 he won three International Competitions: the First Prize at the International Singing Competition "Ciudad de Logroño"(Spain) , 2nd Prize Competition Monserrat Caballé (Zaragoza-Spain) and “2nd Prize “International Competition Bilbao" (Spain) As the protagonist in the opera “Don Carlo” (Version Modena in five acts) he had great success at the Teatro Luciano Pavarotti in Modena and Piacenza ,opposite Giacomo Prestia, stayed by Joseph Franc
