Biography
Tamta Tarielashvili, born in Tbilisi (Georgia), studied piano in her hometown, moved to Italy and attended the “Accademia internazionale di Osimo” there. She then studied at the “Gioachino Rossini” Conservatory in Pesaro and at the “Royal Scottish Academy” in Glasgow. She completed master classes with Renata Scotto and Raina Kabaivanska, among others. She made her opera debut in Osimo as the Contessa in Umberto Giordano's Il Mese Mariano. She was first prizes winner in numerous competitions such as the Bellini Competition and the Concorso Lirico Internazionale Martinelli-Pertile. In 2013 she took part in the Voci Verdiane competition and was hired by Leo Nucci for the role of Federica in Luisa Miller at the Teatro Municipale di Piacenza, at the Teatro Dante Alighieri di Ravenna and in Fer
