Giampaolo Bisanti

Born in Milan, Giampaolo Maria Bisanti studied conducting, clarinet, piano and composition at the Conservatory ‘G.Verdi’ of his home town graduating with full marks. He was awarded several prizes in international conducting competitions such as the ‘Dimitris Mitropolous’ competition in Athens (chairman Sir Neville Marriner). During last seasons he drew the international audience attention as one of the most remarkable and recognized conductors of his generation.
