Biography
Among plans of young Italian soprano Federica Lombardi are 2017 Musetta in Franco Zeffirelli’s famous production of La Bohème at Teatro alla Scala conducted by Evelino Pidò and her debut at Bayerische Staatsoper in Munich in the part of Contessa in a new production of Le Nozze di Figaro conducted by Constantinos Carydis and staged by Christoph Loy. Also at Deutsche Oper Berlin she will be heard as Contessa. In 2018 she will sing, among others, Donna Anna in Don Giovanni in Cologne, Fiordiligi in in a new production Così fan tutte at Teatro Regio in Turin, and Contessa at the Teatro dell’Opera in Rome. She will return to Berlin for Fiordiligi, Donna Anna and Michaela in Carmen. 2017 she gave her highly acclaimed debut in the title role of Donizetti’s Anna Bolena at Teatro alla Scala in Mi
