Biography
Tenor Jeffrey Nardone, originally from New Jersey, recently returned to the United States after four years as the Principal Tenor with the Landestheater-Niederbayern in Passau, Germany. He made his European debut there in the title role in Mozart’s Idomeneo in 2010. His many international opera credits include La traviata (Alfredo), Manon (Des Grieux), Rigoletto (Duca), Tosca (Cavaradossi), Arabella (Matteo), and La damnation de Faust (Faust). Jeffrey is a seasoned performer in all genres, including German operetta and American musical theater, with credits that include Gräfin Mariza (Tassilo), Die Csardasfürstin (Edwin), and Die lustige Witwe (Camille), in addition to a successful run as Billy Bigelow in Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Carousel.
