Biography
Baritone Jevgenij Chrebtov graduated from the LithuanianAcademy of Music and Theatre (master degree in 2009), classes of prof. Virgilijus Noreika and prof. Giedrė Kaukaitė. Since 2011, he is a soloist at the KaunasState MusicalTheatre, where he works with vocal couch prof. Vladimiras Prudnikovas. Jevgenij Chrebtov is a laureate of Tiit Kuusik International Lied Competition (2012, 1st prize), F.Shalyapin International Competition “Voices over Plyos” (2010, 4th prize), Z. Paulauskas Competition for Young Singers (2004, 2003, 2002), S. Baras National Singing Competition (2003). Jevgenij Chrebtov began his career as a bass.
