Biography
Having obtained her diplomas (degrees) in voice and in piano, Nunzia Santodirocco began her career with a debut at the Piccinni Theatre in Bari as Lisetta in "Il Mondo della Luna" by N. Piccinni; she thus began a brilliant career that sees she as acclaimed interpreter of the leading roles such as Gilda (Rigoletto), Rosina (Barbiere di Siviglia), Despina (Cosi fan tutte), Adina (L'Elisir d'amore), Serpina (La serva padrona) Adele (Die Fledermaus), Pepi (Wiener Blut), etc.. Over the years, owing to a natural evolution of her voice, she changed to a purely liric repertoire, interpreting the roles of Violetta Valery in La Traviata (Verdi), Donna Anna in Don Giovanni (Mozart), Micaela in Carmen (Bizet), Mimi in La Bohème (Puccini), Leonora in Il Trovatore (Verdi), Nedda in Pagliacci (Leoncava
