The Munich-born mezzo-soprano Susan Zarrabi received her first singing lessons from Tanja d'Althann. She completed her Master of Music studies at the University of Music and Theater Munich in summer 2020 with Prof. Daniela Sindram. She has been a member of the Opera Studio of the Komische Oper Berlin since the 2020/21 season. In 2018 she gave her debut at the Bavarian State Opera in the production Beloved, Hated and Nonetheless loyal - an arrangement of WA Mozart's Die Zauberflöte - and in 2019 the mezzo-soprano performed as Cherubino in WA Mozart's Le nozze di Figaro at the Bielefeld Theater. In 2016 she appeared at the State Theater Augsburg as Gianetta in a new production of G. Donizetti's L 'elisir d'amore and presented herself in the concert series “Paradisi Gloria” of the Munich Ra
