Gabriel Bermúdez

GABRIEL BERMÚDEZ Born in Madrid, GABRIEL BERMÚDEZ studied singing in the Escuela Superior de Canto de Madrid, with Carmen Rodríguez Aragón and, in the Escuela Reina Sofía, with Teresa Berganza. From 2002 to 2011 he formed part of the “ensemble” of the Opernhaus Zürich. He is a member, since 2013, of the “ensemble” of the Wiener Staatsoper. Likewise he has performed at the Liceu Barcelona, Opéra de Paris Bastille, Staatsoper Hannover, Theater Dortmund, Ópera de Oviedo, Teatro Real and Teatro de la Zarzuela Madrid, Salzburger Festspielen… He has performed, among other roles, Papageno, Oreste (Iphigénie en Tauride), Ping, Figaro (Il barbiere di Siviglia), Le Mari (Les mammelles de Tirésias), Eisenstein, Silvio, Almaviva (Le nozze di Figaro), Marcello, Harlekin, Malatesta, Danilo, Mercutio, S
