Attention, all explorers! The Wuppertal Symphony Orchestra and KiKA presenter Juri Tetzlaff are conquering the “New World” with your help. With music that thrills people all around the globe and a true story that sounds like a fairy tale. The Bohemian composer Antonín Dvořák has the biggest adventure of his life ahead of him. He is supposed to go on a trip that will almost take him around the world – heading 6,500 kilometres westwards – to New York, to help a continent find its own musical style. It’s an incredible story and it ends with one of classical music’s best-loved works.
