Experience one of the most famous operas of all time, Verdi's opera AIDA in a staged version. The description of the geographical location becomes an essential part of the musical atmosphere. This exoticism is linked to a more sophisticated use of the orchestra, including dramatic instrumental effects.

Set in Pharaonic Egypt, it tells the love story between Aida, an Ethiopian princess, but a slave in Egypt, and Radames, an Egyptian soldier and commander of the forces that occupied Aida's land. This love is opposed by Amonasro, Aida's father, who demands revenge, and Amneris, Pharaoh's daughter, who also loves Radames.
