Rolando Villazón welcomes famous companions such as Plácido Domingo, Regula Mühlemann, Charles Castronovo, Fatma Said, Magdalena Kožená and Michael Volle  , among others, to a festive gala concert on February 21, 2022 on the occasion of his 50th birthday. Barbara Rett leads through the evening . The Camerata Salzburg plays under the direction of Giedrė Šlekytė. 

The evening is a benefit event in favor of the Int. Mozarteum Foundation, which was hit hard by the pandemic. The program naturally includes Mozart as well as popular works from opera, operetta and zarzuela and popular songs from Europe and Mexico.
