In collaboration with the Nissay Theater, the Fujiwara Opera will present Mozart's definitive opera "Cosi fan tutte" in a new production. This work, which follows "Don Giovanni" and "The Marriage of Figaro", which is also called "Da Ponte Trilogy", has the lyrics "All women are like this" that appears in the first act of "The Marriage of Figaro". It is said that it was based on this, and what is particularly noteworthy is the music that perfectly matches the story and sentiment with Mozart's beautiful ensemble, and will instantly invite the audience into that world. This time, the sisters from Ferrara, Fiordiligi and Dorabella, respectively, Miho Sakoda and Yoshiko Yamaguchi (7/1 & 3), Yumiko Nakahata and Hanako Takahashi (7/2) are in perfect harmony. In addition, the lovers Ferrando and Guglielmo have been arranged in a lineup suitable for this work, with Yasuhiro Yamamoto and Akihiro Oka (7/1 & 3) and Yasushi Watanabe and Shinichiro Ryu (7/2). In addition, Don Alfonso and Despina, who hold the helm of this opera, will be presented by Tanaka Tanaka and Yumiko Mukaino (July 1 & 3), and talented performers such as Onodera Hikaru and Kouno Megumi (July 2). Kentaro Kawase, who has the most momentum as a conductor and is well received for his popularity and ability, makes his first appearance at Fujiwara. The production will be a new production by Tatsumune Iwata, a director who has been well received for his many works.
