„Für uns ist es eine große Freude so ein Werk einzustudieren und aufzuführen. Coronabedingt werden wir es leider in einer konzertanten Fassung spielen müssen. Diese Produktion musste sehr viele Hürden nehmen, aber wir sind froh, dass wir nun endlich Dido und Aeneas auf die Bühne bringen können. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Veranstaltungsbesuch!"

Mit dem Studienprojekt III stellen die Studierenden des Studiengangs Regie Musiktheater in ihrem vierten Studienjahr erstmals eine Inszenierung an der HfMT der Öffentlichkeit vor. Im November 2021 und im März 2022 werden im Forum und via Livestream die Stücke der Regieführenden Elli Neubert und Matthias Piro (im Herbst) sowie Frieda Lange und Lisa Pottstock (im Frühjahr) präsentiert.
Die Projekte werden gemeinsam mit anderen Kunstschaffenden und Studierenden künstlerischer Fächer entwickelt und erarbeitet, wobei die Bandbreite von Operninszenierung über Romanadaption zu Stückentwicklung reicht und spannendes, vielseitiges Musiktheater verspricht, dessen Mitwirkende von nun an nicht die Theaterschaffenden von morgen, sondern die von heute sind.

With Study Project III, the students of the Directing Musical Theater program, in their fourth year of study, present a production to the public for the first time at HfMT. In November 2021 and March 2022, the plays of directors Elli Neubert and Matthias Piro (in the fall) and Frieda Lange and Lisa Pottstock (in the spring) will be presented in the Forum and via livestream.
The projects will be developed and worked on together with other artists and students of artistic subjects, ranging from opera productions to novel adaptations to play development and promising exciting, versatile music theater, whose participants from now on will not be the theater professionals of tomorrow, but those of today.
