Priljubljena fantazijska zgodba, ki sta jo po motivih Kiplingove istoimenske knjižne mojstrovine ustvarila skladatelj Giovanni Sollima in libretist Pier Francesco Maestrini, nas bo s privlačnimi odrskimi podobami ter z novim slovenskim pevskim prevodom popeljala na vznemirljivo pustolovščino dečka in njegovih živalskih prijateljev. Ker ga je še kot dojenčka posvojil trop volkov, se zlobni tiger Šir Kan nikakor ne more sprijazniti s človeškim prišlekom. Da bi ušel njegovim maščevalnim krempljem, mora Mowgli zapustiti svoj dom, na nepozabni dogodivščini pa ga spremljata zvesta prijatelja, panter Bagira ter zmeraj dobrodušni medved Balu.
Bo Mowgli lahko zapustil džunglo, svoje prijatelje, da bi našel svoje mesto med ljudmi?

A popular fantasy story, created by composer Giovanni Sollima and librettist Pier Francesco Maestrini based on Kipling’s renowned book, will take us on an exciting adventure of a boy and his animal friends, with captivating stage imagery and a libretto in the Slovenian language. Mowgli, the main character of the story, was adopted by a pack of wolves as a baby, but the wicked tiger Shere Khan cannot accept the presence of a human in the jungle. In order to escape his vengeful clutches, Mowgli must leave his home, accompanied on an unforgettable journey by his loyal friends, the panther Bagheera and the ever-kind bear Baloo. Will Mowgli be able to leave the jungle and his friends behind to find his place among humans?

Eine beliebte Fantasy-Geschichte, erschaffen vom Komponisten Giovanni Sollima und Librettisten Pier Francesco Maestrini auf Basis des berühmten Buchs von Rudyard Kipling, entführt uns in ein aufregendes Abenteuer eines Jungen und seiner tierischen Freunde. Mit fesselnden Bühnenbildern und einem Libretto in slowenischer Sprache. Mowgli, die Hauptfigur der Geschichte, wurde als Baby von einem Wolfsrudel adoptiert, doch der böse Tiger Shere Khan kann die Anwesenheit eines Menschen im Dschungel nicht akzeptieren. Um seinen rachsüchtigen Klauen zu entkommen, muss Mowgli seine Heimat verlassen und begibt sich auf eine unvergessliche Reise, begleitet von seinen treuen Freunden, dem Panther Bagheera und dem stets freundlichen Bären Baloo. Wird Mowgli in der Lage sein, den Dschungel und seine Freunde hinter sich zu lassen, um seinen Platz unter den Menschen zu finden?
