Cinderella is my favorite Christmas story. And although it is known to everyone, this time the old tale will be told in a new way. The action takes place in Italy. At the request of his dying father, the Prince is looking for a bride. In order not to make a mistake in choosing, he plays a funny story with a masquerade and comes to Cinderella's house as a beggar. A faithful friend helps him, according to the plan of his friends, he portrays the prince. Events unfold rapidly, misunderstandings begin, feelings awaken, true faces are revealed. In search of happiness, each hero finds his destiny. Miracles are happening. At the ball at the Prince's house, everyone is in for a surprise, but not at all as expected. Justice triumphs, and with it kindness and love.
Two centuries have passed, and beautiful music still gives joy and an atmosphere of celebration. Opera music and dramatic action are of equal importance in the performance. Dialogues are in Russian, arias and duets are performed in Italian.
