Laborintus II jest manifestem wielości, to utwór, którym Berio świadczy o współczesnym świecie, złożonym, niejednoznacznym, pełnym wzajemnych powiązań i inspiracji. Kiedy przypomnimy sobie, że osobą łączącą pop rodem z San Remo i dadaistyczny metal jest Mike Patton, zrozumiemy, że nie sposób znaleźć lepszą kandydaturę do wypowiadania, wykrzykiwania, zaśmiania, dźwiękonaśladowania i wyśpiewania tego, co w partyturze zawarł Berio.

Laborintus II is a manifesto of multiplicity, it is a piece which Berio testifies to the contemporary world, complex, ambiguous, full of mutual connections and inspiration. When we recall that Mike Patton is the person who connects San Remo pop and Dadaist metal, we will understand that there is no better candidate to say, shout, laugh, mimic and sing what Berio has included in the score.
