Mozart opens the ball! The sonatas for violin and piano are a feat of which he alone has the secret. He manages to harmonize the contrasting timbres of the piano and the violin by the grace of lyricism and melody. This subtle balance has been found by Ekaterina Darlet-Tamazova and Anne Pagès – Boisset. Then, the soprano Alexandra Zabala will give an additional color to the register of this chamber ensemble to which will be added the virtuoso Cyrille Tricoire. After a concert aria and beautiful works of Pierre Charvet, the Romances Shostakovich, created in 1967 for the 50 th anniversary of the October Revolution, will close an original and poetic program.
