The collaboration between the Roman Philharmonic and the Reate Festival is renewed once again, which focuses on the
presentation of an unjustly little-known work, even if born from the genius of a famous musician such as
Gioachino Rossini: L'inganno Felice. Composed in 1812 by a Rossini who was not yet twenty years old, this score
constituted his first great international success: a score in which the funny element alternates with the
pathetic one, effectively approaching the "semi-serious" genre. The opera will be directed by Alessandro De Marchi, who will return
to lead the Theresia Orchestra, a youth group that plays on original instruments.

Si rinnova ancora una volta la collaborazione tra la Filarmonica Romana e il Reate Festival, che punta sulla
presentazione di un’opera ingiustamente poco nota, anche se nata dal genio di un celebre musicista quale
Gioachino Rossini: L’inganno felice. Composta nel 1812 da un Rossini non ancora ventenne, questa partitura
costituisce il suo primo grande successo internazionale: una partitura in cui l’elemento buffo si alterna a quello
patetico, avvicinandosi di fatto al genere “semiserio”. L’opera sarà diretta da Alessandro De Marchi, che tornerà
alla guida della Theresia Orchestra, compagine giovanile che suona su strumenti originali.
