“Through good music we tell stories,” our principal conductor Joana Mallwitz is convinced. This is also one of the goals of the "Night Sessions" that she developed with and for the Konzerthaus Berlin. These concerts with the Konzerthausorchester Berlin, which begin on Fridays at 9:30 p.m., always revolve around a theme - the second of the episodes, moderated by Joana Mallwitz in an unusual stage situation, is about improvisation. „Durch gute Musik erzählen wir uns Geschichten“, ist unsere Chefdirigentin Joana Mallwitz überzeugt. Das ist auch ein Ziel der „Night Sessions“, die sie mit dem und für das Konzerthaus Berlin neu entwickelt hat. Diese an Freitagen um 21.30 Uhr beginnenden Konzerte mit dem Konzerthausorchester Berlin drehen sich immer um ein Thema – in der zweiten der von Joana Mallwitz moderierten Folgen in ungewöhnlicher Bühnensituation geht es um Improvisation. Ein Gast mit überraschender, spannender, anderer Perspektive auf das Thema komplettiert jeweils das Setup.
