Novoroční Koncert: Cuban Overture Gershwin, G. (+7 More)

Náš tradiční Novoroční koncert bude tentokrát netradiční. Pražští symfonikové se na Nový rok vydávají na japonské turné, pozvali jsme tedy do sezóny hosta z nejvzácnějších, jiný orchestr, a to Filharmonii Hradec Králové. Je to sice orchestr z východních Čech, ale dramaturgie bude jihoamerická. Podobně jako tradiční Slovanské tance bude roztančená, ovšem samá rumba a samba, až by se z toho mohl orchestr pobláznit. Publikum jakbysmet. Proto s sebou filharmonici vezou i svého šéfdirigenta Kaspara Zehndera, který bude do ohnivé hudby vnášet švýcarský řád. Aby byl Nový rok, jak se sluší a patří.

A dancing New Year's concert in the Smetana Hall of the Municipal House performed by the Hradec Králové Philharmonic. The South American inspired programme will be led by the orchestra's chief conductor Kaspar Zehnder, who will bring Swiss order to the fiery music. The Prague Symphony will be touring Japan at the time, so they have invited an allied orchestra from eastern Bohemia to join the season.
