Prologue

Night. The artist does not sleep. Years of reflection, search for expression of his feelings and thoughts haunt him. Memories of youth, when everything was just beginning, and the whole world was open before him, excite his imagination. Seems like it was so recent.

1 action

Visions of the past. The images of heroes come to life in the memory, of which one dreamed of becoming, close and beloved, strong and tender, truthful, intelligent, kind, loving others more than themselves and wishing happiness to all mankind. The pain of creativity, restlessness and an insatiable desire to create something whole, understandable and exciting to others as well as to oneself. Time inexorably counts the days and hours released from above. And, it seems, there is no time to realize the desires and dreams that seemed so possible only yesterday. Doom, the unfulfillment of what was conceived crushes with an unbearable burden, becomes unbearable. The end is predetermined.

2 action

Is the ideal unattainable? No, a true artist cannot and does not want to come to terms with this. He cannot stop and take stock of his own creativity. He never achieves enough. Eternal dissatisfaction with what has been done, no matter how wonderful the process of creation, again and again pushes him to creative searches. It is a vital necessity, the air he breathes. The world of images and fantasies is endless. While there is still time. As long as he's alive. And, therefore, tomorrow he may finally create his masterpiece.

Epilogue

Life is the main and priceless gift. And everything spiritual that is contained in it should bring people the joy of creation and beauty. And hope, and faith in the best.

Пролог

Ночь. Художнику не спится. Годы раздумий, поисков выражения своих чувств и мыслей не дают ему покоя. Воспоминания юности, когда все только начиналось, и весь мир был распахнут перед ним, будоражат его воображение. Кажется, это было так недавно.

1 действие

Видения прожитого. В памяти оживают образы героев, частью которых мечталось стать, близкие и любимые, сильные и нежные, правдивые, умные, добрые, любящие других больше себя и желающие счастья всему человечеству. Муки творчества, неуспокоенность и неутолимое желание создать нечто цельное, понятное и волнующее других также, как самого себя. Время неумолимо отсчитывает отпущенные свыше дни и часы. И, кажется, не успеть воплотить желания и мечты, которые еще вчера казались такими возможными. Обреченность, несбыточность задуманного давит непосильным грузом, становится невыносимой. Конец предрешен.

2 действие

Неужели идеал недостижим? Нет, истинный художник не может и не хочет с этим смириться. Он не может остановиться и подвести итоги собственного творчества. Ему всегда мало достигнутого. Вечная неудовлетворенность сделанным, каким бы прекрасным не был процесс созидания, вновь и вновь толкает его на творческие поиски. Это - жизненная необходимость, воздух, которым он дышит. Мир образов и фантазий бесконечен. Пока еще есть время. Пока он жив. И, значит, завтра он, возможно, наконец, создаст свой шедевр.

Эпилог

Жизнь – главный и бесценный дар. И все духовное, что заключено в ней, должно нести людям радость созидания и красоту. И надежду, и веру в лучшее.
