 Kammersänger Vesselina Kasarova is rightly considered one of the most important singers of our century. She is at home all over the world and on all major opera stages (Vienna State Opera, MET NY, Covent Garden...) and has worked with many important orchestras and conductors. Your recordings have cult status. Her interpretation of Carmen is legendary. Together with the top ensemble CHAARTS and the tenor Milen Bozhkov (soloist of the festival), this outstanding singer personality will open the Festival in the Park 2021 with excerpts from the highly dramatic mezzo repertoire.
