Straszny dwór Stanisława Moniuszki realizowany został przez Polską Operę Królewską w momencie szczególnym. Z jednej strony premiera tej patriotycznej opery stanowiła podsumowanie obchodów setnej rocznicy odzyskania przez Polskę niepodległości. Z drugiej – otwierała ona rok 2019, ustanowiony Uchwałą Sejmu RP Rokiem Stanisława Moniuszki. W przedstawieniu w reżyserii Ryszarda Peryta występują znakomici soliści, zespół wokalny i orkiestra Polskiej Opery Królewskiej.

The Haunted Manor  of Stanisław Moniuszko was realized by the Polish Royal Opera at a special moment. On the one hand, the premiere of this patriotic opera was a summary of the celebration of the 100th anniversary of Poland regaining its independence. On the other hand, it opened 2019, established by the Resolution of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland as the Year of Stanisław Moniuszko. The performance, directed by Ryszard Peryt, features outstanding soloists, a vocal ensemble and the orchestra of the Polish Royal Opera.
