The evening of the orchestra and the soprano
In 2014, Valentina Naforniţa sang on the roof of the newly built Musikkens Hus together with the world tenor, Rolando Villazon. Now we get a long-awaited rehearsal with this exceptional soprano together with 1st guest conductor, Michael Schønwandt, in Strauss's beautiful Vier Lieder.

In his last years, Bartók composed a masterful series of works that have since taken audiences by storm. Concert for orchestra is no exception, and this is truly the orchestra's concert, where we get the opportunity to listen to the entire orchestra's rich and enormous tonal palette - both together, but also in soloistic terms.

Orkestrets og sopranens aften
I 2014 sang Valentina Naforniţa taget af det nybyggede Musikkens Hus sammen med verdenstenoren, Rolando Villazon. Nu får vi et længe ventet genhør med denne enestående sopran sammen med 1. gæstedirigent, Michael Schønwandt, i Strauss’ gudesmukke Vier Lieder.

Bartók komponerede i sine sidste år en mesterrække af værker, der siden har taget publikum med storm. Koncert for orkester er ingen undtagelse, og dette er i sandhed orkestrets koncert, hvor vi får lejlighed til at lytte til hele orkestrets rige og enorme klangpalet – både sammen, men også i solistisk henseende.
