The Finals Concert

Final round of national competition
10 of the best young singers in America compete in public for the judges
Grand prizes of $10,000 (Senior Young Artist, age 26 to 30) and $7,500 (Junior Young Artist, age 20 to 25)
Audience votes for Audience Favorite Award of $1,000
An invitation to a reception following the competition, hosted by Young Patronesses of the Opera, is included with your ticket.

Robynne Redmon, Mezzo-Soprano; Associate Professer, University of Miami Frost School of Music
David Walker, Palm Beach Opera General & Artistic Director
Funds for the competition are provided by Young Patronesses of the Opera, with ongoing support from Junior Opera Guild, Dr. and Mrs. Phillip George (the Judy George Award), the Fink family (the Marvin A. and Renée Fink Memorial Award), the Irene Patti Swartz Hammond Memorial Award fund, and several individual donors.

All singers who participate in the Finals Concert win an award. Donors who underwrite an award have the opportunity to name the award and present it to the winner on stage. For more information, please contact Lucie Spieler at lspieler@fgo.org.

Tickets cost $30 per person. Special rates for groups of 10 and students with a valid ID are available by calling the FGO box office at 800-741-1010 (Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm).
