Sunday afternoon concerts for children and their parents, combined into the “Pushkin's Fairy Tales” subscription, are conducted by a theater and film actress, host of the “Good Night, Kids!” program. Anna Mikhalkova. The subscription program includes fabulous, fantastic, magical music from a variety of composers and, of course, the famous fairy tales of Pushkin.

In the February concert, listeners will enjoy “The Tale of the Fisherman and the Fish”: the famous text will be performed along with musical illustrations for the fairy tale, written by the early 20th century composer Nikolai Tcherepnin. He dedicated six illustrations, originally intended for piano, to “his son Sasha”; later the author colored his melodies with the rich timbres of a symphony orchestra: in this version, the sea waves sparkled with renewed vigor, and the outlandish Goldfish shone even brighter in them. The concert program also included the magical music of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, inspired by another famous fairy tale - about the sleeping beauty. 

In this program, on the stage of the Great Hall of the Philharmonic, together with Anna Mikhalkova, is the Honored Band of Russia and the famous St. Petersburg conductor Pavel Bubelnikov.

Дневные воскресные концерты для детей и их родителей, объединенные в абонемент «Сказки Пушкина», ведет актриса театра и кино, ведущая программы «Спокойной ночи, малыши!»  Анна Михалкова. В программе абонемента – сказочная, фантастическая, волшебная музыка самых разных композиторов и, конечно же, знаменитые сказки Пушкина.

В февральском концерте слушателей ждет «Сказка о рыбаке и рыбке»: знаменитый текст прозвучит вместе с музыкальными иллюстрациями к сказке, написанными композитором начала XX века Николаем Черепниным. Шесть иллюстраций, первоначально предназначенных для фортепиано, он посвятил «сыну Саше», позже автор раскрасил свои мелодии богатыми тембрами симфонического оркестра: в этой версии с новой силой заискрились морские волны, еще ярче заблистала в них диковинная Золотая рыбка. Также в программу концерта вошла волшебная музыка Петра Ильича Чайковского, вдохновленная другой знаменитой сказкой – о спящей красавице. 

В этой программе на сцене Большого зала филармонии вместе с Анной Михалковой – Заслуженный коллектив России и известный петербургский дирижер Павел Бубельников.
