Ο μουσικός διευθυντής της Met Yannick Nézet-Séguin διευθύνει την αναβίωση της επικής παραγωγής του αξέχαστου Franco Zeffirelli του 1987. Πρωταγωνιστεί η Christine Goerke στον ρόλο της παγερής Κινέζας πριγκίπισσας Τουραντότ, που έχει απορρίψει όλους τους άνδρες. Met Music Director Yannick Nézet-Séguin directs the revival of Franco Zeffirelli's epic 1987 production. It stars Christine Goerke as the icy Chinese princess Turadot, who has rejected all men. Yusif Eyvazov plays Kalaf, the young man in love who risks his life to win the hand of the princess and sings the famous aria “ Nessun dorma ” . Eleonora Buratto is the little slave Liu and James Morris is Calaf's lost father, Timur.
