The Camerata Teatro del Lago and the students of the Teatro del Lago School of Arts summer course called “Young musicians of the 21st century” will come together for an unforgettable summer concert performing the melodies of the composer Camile Saint-Saëns “The Carnival of the animals” and a symphony by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
Composed in 1886 and considered a Great Zoological Fantasy for two pianos and orchestra, "The Carnival of the Animals" gives life to a joyous musical fable where music and humor are intertwined to associate each instrument with an animal. In this way, lions, elephants, chickens, fish, a swan and many more are represented in this work originally created by Saint-Saëns as a carnival joke.
In addition, the musicians will perform Mozart's Symphony No. 25 in G minor, an early work by the composer full of drama and instrumental virtuosity.
A unique concert where the public will be able to enjoy the unique and harmonic beauty of a youthful Summer Camerata.
