L’opéra est à tout le monde. Tout ce qui chante nous enchante, toutes les voix qui résonnent dans notre mémoire, proche ou lointaine, nous parlent de nous et de notre amour de la musique. C’est le sens de nos concerts « ça va mieux en le chantant », qui vous convaincront que l’opéra vous appartient et voisine sans complexe avec d’autres genres musicaux, savants ou populaires. 

On parle de légèreté, de divertissement lorsque l’on évoque l’opérette ou la comédie musicale. Et il est indéniable que ces deux genres, de chaque côté de l’Atlantique, ont toujours apporté joie et bonheur à leurs publics, dans les théâtres de Broadway chers à Gershwin et Cole Porter comme sur les boulevards parisiens où s’illustrèrent Offenbach, Hervé, Messager, et tant d’autres depuis le milieu du XIXe siècle. Mais pour être rythmées, entêtantes et durablement populaires, ces musiques n’en ont pas moins le charme nostalgique des jours heureux, sans âge désormais, dont elles veulent continuer de témoigner et que nous nous sommes appropriés depuis longtemps.

Opera is for everyone. Everything that sings enchants us, all the voices that resonate in our memory, near or far, speak to us about ourselves and our love of music. This is the meaning of our concerts “it's better by singing it”, which will convince you that the opera belongs to you and neighbors without complex with other musical genres, learned or popular. 

One speaks of lightness, of entertainment when one evokes the operetta or the musical comedy. And it is undeniable that these two genres, on each side of the Atlantic, have always brought joy and happiness to their audiences, in the Broadway theaters dear to Gershwin and Cole Porter, as well as on the Parisian boulevards where Offenbach, Hervé , Messenger, and so many others since the middle of the 19th century . But to be rhythmic, heady and lastingly popular, these musics have no less the nostalgic charm of the happy days, ageless henceforth, of which they want to continue to testify and that we appropriated for a long time.
