ITBCB 2023 | Semi-Final: Zhouhui Shen | International Telekom Beethoven Competition Bonn

Mit einer beeindruckenden Interpretation von Sergej Prokofiews Klaviersonate Nr. 7 erspielte sich Zhouhui Shen 2023 ihren Finalplatz bei der International Telekom Beethoven Competition Bonn. Als „strahlende[r] Stern[...] “ wurde die die 2001 geborene Chinesin anschließend gefeiert – und das zu Recht! Schließlich kann sie bereits zahlreiche Preise von nationalen und internationalen Wettbewerben vorweisen, darunter die Juilliard Piano Concerto Competition 2022 und die International Grotrian Piano Competition 2018. In Bonn erspielte sich Zhouhui Shen mit Beethovens zweitem Klavierkonzert den dritten Preis. Und auch bei PRO MUSICA hat die junge Pianistin Beethoven im Gepäck: Neben seinen Sechs Bagatellen op. 126 freuen wir uns auf Werke von Rachmaninow, Bartók, Debussy und Liszt sowie das leichtfüßige Duo Ye der Komponistin Chen Yi.
