Andrea Kleinmann

Andrea Kleinmann studied school music and solo singing at the Hochschule für Musik Detmold. She received singing lessons from Prof. Ingeborg Ruß and from KS Tom Krause. Born into a family of musicians, she was taught piano, violin and singing from an early age. At the age of 18 she made her debut as a soloist in Vivaldi's "Gloria". Andrea Kleinmann was a scholarship holder of the Josef Traxel Society and the master class for opera and song at the Herbstliche Musiktage Bad Urach under the direction of KS Sena Jurinac. She was a finalist in the "Robert Saar" singing competition as part of the Bad Kissingen Piano Days. Since October 2006 she has been a member of the opera choir at the Theater Hagen.
