Voir la distribution et l'équipeMezzo soprano Annie George studies at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama’s ‘David Seligman Opera School’ where her teacher is Colette McGahon-Tosh. Previously, she studied with Louise Crane and Paul Wingfield at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire (RBC) where she graduated with a Bachelor of Music (Honours) degree in 2019. Annie's studies at the RWCMD are supported by a HRH Prince of Wales Scholarship, a Leverhulme Arts Scholarship and a John Rath and John Underwood Scholarship. She is very grateful to be a Help Musician's Sybil Tutton Opera Award holder. At the RWCMD, Annie has sung in the Welsh National Opera Gala in the role of Despina under Carlo Rizzi. In their scenes, she has performed the roles of Mrs. Grose in Britten’s The Turn of the Screw, Fidalma in Cimarosa’s Il matrimo
