Baden bei Wien, AustriaChristoph Huber studied conducting (Andreas Stöhr, Guido Mancusi) in his adopted home of Vienna (Andreas Stöhr, Guido Mancusi) and composition (Michael Jarrell, Dietmar Schermann & Johannes Maria) at the University of Music and Performing Arts Staud). As an assistant he already took on numerous post-conducting positions during his academic years, whereby his debut at the Volksoper Vienna in December 2017 with Pierangelo Valtenoni's opera “Pinocchio” is certainly a prelude to further musical highlights. With the 2019/20 season, Christoph Huber was hired as 2nd Kapellmeister & Choir Director at the Stadttheater Baden (Baden stage). Here he took over the musical direction of “Kiss of the Spider Woman”, “The King and I”, “Countess Mariza”, “Nine” (2021), as well as post-performance of perform
