Biography
Christoph Schweizer is currently engaged in the opera studio of the Theater Lübeck and makes his debut as the fourth noble (Lohengrin), first soldier (Salome) and Baloo (Jungle Book / Sollima). In the summer of 2021 he was seen as Zuniga (Carmen) as part of the Junge Oper Schloss Weikersheim. GMD Elias Grandy conducted the Federal Youth Orchestra and the performances took place in the picturesque courtyard of Weikersheim Castle. As a scholarship holder of the Waiblinger Opernwerkstatt 2019, the young basso cantante was cast in the role of Don Giovanni (Mozart). He worked on Mozart's characters together with the two opera stars Melanie Diener and Thomas Hampson.
