Claire Patti-Chehade

Claire Patti-Chehade is an Australian born, half Italian and half Lebanese operatic, recital and oratorio soprano who performs in Australia and Europe. She made her opera debut as Belinda and the Second Woman in Dido and Aeneas in Wiesbaden, Germany and has since performed the roles of Saffi in The Gypsy Baron, Frasquita in Carmen, Diana in Orpheus in the Underworld andAdina in l’elisir d’amore in Sydney, Australia. As a sponsored Young Artist with Pacific Opera, she performed scenes in the Sydney Opera House Utzon Room and at Opera Australia’s The Opera Centre as Gilda in Rigoletto, Servilia in La Clemenza di Tito, Echo in Ariadne auf Naxos and covered Marzelline in Fidelio.
